RETURN POLICY

At Kalesta Halı, we value customer satisfaction. The return conditions below have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. RETURN PERIOD

• Purchased products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Return requests must be notified to us within this period.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• In their original packaging and resalable condition
• With all tags still attached

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products are not eligible for return or withdrawal:

• Rugs produced with special measurements
• Hand-woven and custom-made products
• Used, washed, or damaged products
• Products with color and texture differences due to natural fiber structure, but which are not defective

Customers who place an order are deemed to have accepted these conditions.

4. RETURN PROCESS

• Once a return request is submitted, necessary guidance will be provided.
• After the product reaches us, its compliance with return conditions will be checked.
• For approved returns, the product fee will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• For returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by the SELLER.
• For defective or incorrectly sent products, shipping costs are covered by the SELLER.

6. DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT PRODUCTS

• The shipping package should be inspected upon receipt of the product.
• A report must be kept for damaged or incorrect products before accepting delivery, or we must be notified within 24 hours.
• In approved cases, free exchange or return is provided.

7. NATURAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

For hand-woven rugs made from natural fibers, slight variations may occur in:

• Color tones
• Pattern transitions
• Texture

This is not considered a product defect and is not a reason for return.
